Who is responsible for enforcing the In-and-Out Policy?

The enforcement of the In-and-Out Policy is primarily the responsibility of facility management or designated security personnel. This is because these individuals are specifically trained and authorized to manage access and ensure compliance with security protocols. Their expertise allows them to assess situations, monitor entry and exit, and respond appropriately to any violations of the policy. They play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of the facility while upholding the established procedures.

Although all employees may contribute to a culture of compliance by being vigilant and reporting any irregularities, the responsibility for enforcement lies predominantly with those in designated security roles. Administrative staff may have a supportive role in facilitating the policy but are not primarily responsible for enforcement.
